Jerusalem

Jerusalem is a symbolic city representing the individual - both the city of righteousness and the city of harlots. The city, like the individual, goes through a continuous cycle of destruction and salvation - the living Atonement. Like us, Jerusalem will be ultimately saved, made the throne of the Lord, a gathering place, a city of truth, the Lord will fight for it(us) until it shall be redeemed. Remember that during the hard times that the Lord will defend you and fight for you and because to him you are like the city that shall not be forgotten. *Christ's lineage is through Jerusalem, so in His blood runs the history of the fallen/lost/destroyed and found/redeemed/renewed.
